GETTING STARTED

Q:What do I need to do before downloading images and videos?
A:Ensure that:
  1. Your phone is configured to explore SingTel Ideas. If not, please dial *43327 send for self activation or call 1688 for customer service support.
  2. There is sufficient memory space on your phone. If you have large quantity of pictures or video clips stored, you may need to remove some files to free up some memory space.
Q:Who is eligible to download?
A:Any SingTel Mobile subscriber may download Pix Gallery images & videos to their mobile. Currently the service is only available to post-paid customers.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD?

Using a mobile phone:
A:Surf to the image/video that you want on your phone and click on it. Follow the instructions to buy the image/video. Once you have confirmed your selection, you will then be redirected to a Thank You page where your download will start in a few seconds. Click on the link provided to start your download.
Using the Download site on the web:
A:Surf to the image/video that you want on your computer and click on "Get It Now". Follow the instructions to buy the image/video. Once you have confirmed your purchase, you will be sent an SMS for you to download the image/video. Click on the link in the SMS to start your download.
Q:How long does it take to download?
A:It should not take more than a couple of minutes for the download to be completed. If you have made the purchase directly on your phone, follow the instructions and the process should be completed within a couple of seconds. If you have made the purchase from the website, you will receive an SMS containing a link to download the image/video within a few seconds. Click on the link and follow the instructions to download.

Q:What will I be charged?
A: You will be charged the price advertised for the content. In general:

Depending on what plan you are with your carrier you may be charged a data fee during the downloading process.

SHOPPING CART

Q:What happened to the shopping cart?
A:Due to regulations, we have temporarily stopped the usage of the shopping cart. Don't worry! Your purchases are still valid and can be accessed at My Purchases page. You can continue to shop on the web. Click here for how to do that.
Q:How do I check my purchases?
A:You can click on the My Purchases Icon to go to the My Purchases page. You can view your purchases by date.
Q:When will I be billed?
A:You will be charged the total amount of the shopping cart when you successfully download your first item. You will receive an SMS for each item that you purchase. You can download the remaining items at your leisure from the My Purchases page.
Q:I did not receive an item I purchased in the shopping cart. How do I check my downloads?
A:Please go to the My Purchases page to view your purchases. If you have not yet downloaded an item, you can click on download to have an SMS with the download link sent to your phone.
Q:I erased the SMS with the link to download my purchase. Will I be billed for the purchase? Where can I download the purchase?
A:If you have successfully downloaded 1item from a shopping cart, you will be billed for the entire cart purchase. You may download the remaining items from the My Purchases page.
Q:I get an error when I try to download the item I purchased. How do I get my downloads?
A:Please try clicking on the link again. Alternatively, you may go to the My Purchases page to review your purchases and click on download to have an SMS with the download link sent to your phone. Please ensure that you select the correct handset before purchasing the item. If you still encounter any problems, please contact customer service at 1688.
Q:Can I buy more than 1 bundle when I purchase via WAP?
A:Of course! You can buy as many bundles as you wish; however you may only buy one bundle at a time. Once you have completed one bundle, you may select other items to enjoy the same offer!

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

Q:Can I view my downloaded contents on another phone?
A:The contents that you have downloaded will only be viewable to phone originally used to download the content.
Q:If I lose my phone, can I get the content I downloaded before again for free?
A:No you would have to buy the content again.
Q:Can I send my friend the content I downloaded?
A:For videos, wallpapers, screensavers, themes, the content you have purchased is only for your phone alone. It cannot be sent, viewed nor distributed to anyone else. If you purchased greetings, these can be forwarded to your friends and family!

TROUBLESHOOTING

Q:What happens if the content I downloaded was not right for my handset?
A:Please contact customer service at 1688. If the content downloaded was not right for your handset, our customer service officers will check the system to verify what handset you used to download the content and will send you a new link via SMS.
Q:I have not received the content that I ordered for my phone - why? And will I be charged?
A:You will only be charged the download fee and for related messages for content that has successfully been downloaded from the URL you receive from us. If your plan with your carrier prohibits you from downloading content (e.g. if you are on a special discount cap plan or corporate plan) you may not receive a message or be able to download.
